Greek Feta Parmesean Romaine Kale Salad

1 Romaine Lettuce Heart, Diced

Diced approximately the same amount of Kale leaves

1/2 Large English Cucumber, Diced

1/2 Large Red Bell Pepper, Diced

1/2 Large Yellow Bell Pepper, Diced

1/2 Large Green Bell Pepper, Diced

1/2 Medium Red Onion, Diced

2 Medium Sized Tomatoes, Diced

a Hand full of Kalamata Olives

Top off with Shaved Parmesan Cheese shavings

CREAMY FETA PARMESEAN GARLIC TRUFFLE SALAD DRESSING

1 cup of crumbled feta cheese

3 Tablespoons of Hellman’s Mayonaise

1/3 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/3 cup of Red Wine Vinegar

4 Tablespoons Parmesean Garlic Truffle Seasoning

Serves approximately 4 large salads or 6-8 side salads
